DRAIN BELT

Drainage treatment facility (CASI DRAIN BELT)

Introducing of CASI Drain Belt

CASI Drain Belt
This product is made of soft PVC material and has longitudinal gaps spaced apart at certain distance across single surface to ensure that water can be sucked. Inside, it has a groove that functions as a water channel, absorbing all of the surrounding water by capillary phenomenon and drains water while moving

CASI Duplex Drain Belt
This product is made of soft PVC material and has longitudinal gaps spaced apart at certain distance across both surfaces to ensure that water can be sucked. Inside, it has a groove that functions as a water channel, absorbing all of the surrounding water by capillary phenomenon and drains water while moving.

CASI Drain Pipe
This product is made of PVC and has longitudinal grooves spaced apart at certain distance across the outer surface. Also, it has longitudinal gaps spaced apart at certain distance to absorb water from the outer surface of the groove. This product absorbs the surrounding water by capillary phenomenon and the pipe itself absorbs water from the soil and functions as drainage and water channel.

Mechanism of CASI Drain Belt

Drainage Mechanism of CASI Drain Belt & Pipe
The drainage system of CASI Drain Belt & Pipe achieves perfect balance of supply and demand functions by leveraging the capillary phenomenon, gravity, pressure, and surface tension as a whole. The soil particles are separated by gravity, while the water is collected by capillary phenomenon and pressure. The collected water is drained through gravity and siphon phenomena. This Drain Belt & Pipe is an effective, semi-permanent and ideal drainage system as it applies such principles of natural system.

A: Water is introduced by capillary phenomenon
B: The introduced water is prevented by surface tension from flowing out of the inlet.
C: Gravity prevents the sediments from flowing into the inlet
D: The water introduced by siphon phenomenon(caused by pressure difference) is drained out
